In less than six weeks Pentland Firth associates developed an approach, orchestrated eight disparate projects and delivered an intranet back-bone to handle the training initiative for several thousand participants. Sessions were held in 13 cities on four continents. During delivery the solution allowed for central monitoring of training quality. Upon detection of deviations corrective measures could be taken in real-time. The manual administrative effort was reduced by more than 80% during the course of several training waves. |
